Welcome to RSRMS. LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of our extermination and wildlife removal services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand our operational procedures, safety protocols, and liability limitations.

Our primary goal is the safe and efficient removal of pests and reptiles from your property. We utilize industry-standard clinical techniques and professional-grade equipment to ensure a professional outcome. All relocations are performed in accordance with local conservation regulations and ethical wildlife handling standards.

Service appointments are scheduled based on urgency and technician availability. While we strive for immediate response in emergency snake removal scenarios, RSRMS. LLC does not guarantee specific arrival times due to the unpredictable nature of wildlife encounters. Property owners are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the areas identified for inspection and treatment. Failure to provide access may result in a site visit fee.

Payment for services is due upon completion of the initial inspection or treatment, unless prior arrangements have been established. We reserve the right to modify our service rates based on the complexity of the removal process or the species encountered. RSRMS. LLC provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the permanent prevention of future pest or reptile intrusions, as environmental factors remain beyond our immediate control.
