Rattle Snake Removal & Relocation Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between RSRMS. LLC ("Company") and the client ("Client") for the provision of exterminator and snake removal services. By engaging our services, Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein, which constitute a formal legal agreement between the parties.
Company shall conduct a thorough inspection of the premises as requested by Client. Snake removal and relocation services will be performed using specialized equipment and handled by trained professionals. Company adheres to all local and state conservation laws regarding the humane treatment and relocation of indigenous wildlife, specifically rattlesnakes.
Client acknowledges that wildlife behavior is unpredictable. While Company employs expert techniques to secure and transport intruders, Client maintains responsibility for ensuring a safe environment for residents and guests post-removal. Company shall not be liable for subsequent arrivals of wildlife or natural migrations occurring after the service date.
Payment is due upon completion of the inspection or removal service unless otherwise agreed in writing. RSRMS. LLC reserves the right to decline service if environmental conditions pose an extreme risk to staff safety. This document serves as the primary agreement for all pest control and wildlife management interactions between Company and Client.
Mineral, Mine & Claim Research Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between RSRMS. LLC ("Company") and the client ("Client") for the provision Mineral, Mine & Claim Filing Services. By engaging our services, Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein, which constitute a formal legal agreement between the parties.
Company shall conduct thorough Mineral & Mine Research of the premises as requested by Client. All Mineral& Mine Services will be done through lawful land data bases. Company adheres to all local and state laws regarding Mineral and Mine Research. we Provide PDFs of the Research done, What licenses a Customer Needs and Land Status
Client acknowledges that Our Research does not Guarantee the Presence of Minerals still being on the land. While Company employs expert techniques to secure Proper Research, Client maintains responsibility for ensuring a safe Environment Physical Land Mineral Search. Company shall not be liable Lack of Minerals or Claim Denial.
Payment is due before any research or claiming is completed by our Mining Service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Note RSRMS. LLC does not Refund for any research or claim filingcompleted, this is due to BLM claim filing being nonrefundable. This document serves as the primary agreement.
Gardening, Maintenance, Upkeep Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between RSRMS. LLC ("Company") and the client ("Client") for the provision of Gardening, Maintenance, Upkeep services. By engaging our services, Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein, which constitute a formal legal agreement between the parties.
Company shall conduct a thorough inspection of the premises as requested by Client. Services will be performed using specialized equipment and handled by trained professionals. Company adheres to all local and state laws regarding the Placement of New Plantlife Planted in a clients Garden/Property. All Maintenance will be Managed depending on Services the Client needs, Upkeep of Properties Larger than a Single Garden is done by the size.
Client acknowledges that Each Service is a different Service. While Company employs expert techniques to Yield the Best Results, Client maintains responsibility for ensuring a safe environment for residents and guests while we conduct our work.
Payment is due upon completion of all service completed unless the client pays for a monthly service the only service not paid monthly is our gardening service, our gardening service is strictly for gardens and planting of new small and medium plants not to exceed 9ft tall by 3 ft wide. client also is responsible for transportation of Debree and new plants. the client must have all plants intended to be planted already on site.. RSRMS. LLC reserves the right to decline service if environmental conditions pose an extreme risk to staff safety. This document serves as the primary agreement for all pest control and wildlife management interactions between Company and Client.
