RSRMS. LLC Legal Disclosers & Terms of Service provides professional pest control and specialized rattlesnake removal services. All wildlife handling is performed by trained professionals in strict accordance with local Fish and Wildlife regulations. We prioritize the safety of your property while ensuring humane treatment of native species. all customers consent to the snakes caught will be photographed after releasing in to the correct area. all photos will be used to produce our clothing line that we will not be subject to pay customers any amount of our apparel products.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that while we take every precaution to secure the area, nature is unpredictable. Our assessment constitutes a snapshot of current sightings and does not guarantee future absence of wildlife. Service agreements outlining specific liability limitations and regional compliance fees are provided at the time of inspection. Please review these documents carefully before work begins.

Our Mine Research and Claim Filing Services do not Guarantee Precious Metals, Gemstones or that the claim will be accepted. Payments for our research and filing is nonrefundable. filing fees are also nonrefundable. 

 

Our Mine Filing for Claims is strictly for unpatented mining claims, we provide what is legal and file in compliance to each state's laws. we do not obtain licenses for customers; however we do include the research into each county's permits needed, Metals, Tectonics, Active Claims, Erosion Maps. all information and copies are emailed to a customer 7 days after cleared payment.

Our Gardening Service is for customers looking for new small and medium plant planting, Maintenance, Garden Upkeep. We are not Contractors doing Contract Work. we offer nonrefundable monthly upkeep payments. Our Upkeep is Charged by Acre not By the Hour.

Garden Maintenance is for our monthly Garden Maintenance Service Only. Planting Services are by the Job.
